In operation supporting our customers since 2009, Stratagem Engineering, LLC has a historic basis of contract work supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), and the Offutt AFB 55th Wing in support of the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Our core offerings focus on engineering services related to information technology (IT) and niche mission and collaboration technologies.

Chief Engineer / OWNER
Owner Vince Cappellano has over 20 years as a defense contractor serving as Chief Engineer and Engineering Lead supporting the Department of Defense in design, engineering, and sustainment engineering team roles for some of the Nation’s most critical Command and Control (C2) facilities.
Vince Cappellano has a BS in Computer Engineering, minor in Math, with a MS in Systems Engineering, augmenting work accomplished in an MS of Telecommunications Engineering. With a diverse multidisciplinary background Vince Cappellano brings a wide set of industry credentials to support our customers including Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and other Information Technology (IT) specific certifications. Vince Cappellano and the rest of our team looks forward to supporting your most critical technical challenges with a structured, methodical, data driven approach to bring executable solutions together in realistic timelines.

With 20 years in the Financial Services business Kimberly Cappellano serves as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Owner. With a BS in Business Management and Administration, with a Minor in Psychology, an MS in Business Admin with emphasis on security analysis, and a MS in Non-profit Administration Kimberly Cappellano brings a wealth of experience to the management and operation of Stratagem Engineering, LLC. Supporting our proposal, contract management, and overall fiscal management of Stratagem Engineering, LLC, Kimberly Cappellano also stands ready to assist our customers and clients in establishing a support relationship with our team as well as managing the invoicing, billing, HR, and tax aspects of the business.
